I have been cooking professionally for 15 years and I have had the privilege of working and learning from the best Chefs in my hometown Fresno. I have honed my skills in various cuisines and I bring that experience to every dish I create for my clients. After graduating from culinary school in 2011, I worked in restaurants, food trucks and alongside Patty Ochinero who mentored me in private catering. Aside of occasional catering, I currently Personal Chef for families weekly where I shop for their groceries, plan and prepare their dinners for the week then package them up for later consumption. Another specialty of mine is curating charcuterie grazing tables for parties and weddings up to 200 guests. 

As a private chef, I offer a range of services, including in-home cooking, meal prep planning and catering. I work closely with my clients to create customized menus tailored to their tastes and preferences. Whether you need a week's worth of meals or a special dinner party, I've got you covered.
